How do I upload a signed lease in LOXA?

Before you start

  • You need access to the Leases workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have the signed file and related tenant or lease ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Leases.

  2. Open Documents, then Upload signed leases

  3. Enter or review the signed file and related tenant or lease.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the executed document appears in the registry.
