  • You need access to the Leases workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have the dates in the executed agreement ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Leases.

  2. Enter the effective start and end dates on the lease form

  3. Enter or review the dates in the executed agreement.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that renewal and overdue reporting use the saved dates.
