Before you start

  • You need access to the Leases workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have the executed grace-period term ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Leases.

  2. Enter the number of grace days allowed by the lease

  3. Enter or review the executed grace-period term.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that late handling can use the recorded term.
