How do I review a lease from a tenant record in LOXA?

Open the tenant and select the lease in its lease section. The lease detail page opens.

Before you start

  • You need access to the Leases workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have lease status and term ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Leases.

  2. Open the tenant and select the lease in its lease section

  3. Enter or review lease status and term.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the lease detail page opens.
