Before you start

  • You need access to the Leases workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have tenant, property, unit, dates, rent amount, due day, and grace period ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Leases.

  2. Open + Lease or the onboarding Create lease step

  3. Enter or review tenant, property, unit, dates, rent amount, due day, and grace period.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the lease connects the tenant to one unit.
