  • Have the due-day term in the agreement ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Leases.

  2. Choose the calendar day rent becomes due

  3. Enter or review the due-day term in the agreement.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that future charge timing follows the lease record.
