Before you start

  • You need access to the Leases workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have the unit identifier on the agreement ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Leases.

  2. Choose the property first, then select the specific available unit

  3. Enter or review the unit identifier on the agreement.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the lease is attached to the correct space.
