  • Have unit, tenant, and lease status ready before you begin.

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Leases.

  2. Open the property and select the connected lease

  3. Enter or review unit, tenant, and lease status.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the correct lease detail page opens.
