Terms of Service
Last updated August 10, 2026
Operational draft only — not legal advice. Counsel review is still required.
The agreement
These terms govern your use of LOXA Property Management. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to do that.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by the staff you invite. Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at support@loxapm.com if you think someone else has access.
Plans, trials, and billing
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is required to begin. Current pricing is Solo $25 per month, Starter $89 per month, Growth $199 per month, and Pro $399 per month. Annual billing costs ten months of the monthly rate: $250, $890, $1,990, and $3,990 per year respectively. Enterprise pricing is arranged directly.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing page, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not prorate refunds for a partial period. If we change prices, we will tell existing subscribers before the change applies to them.
Money moving through the product
Rent and other resident payments are processed by Stripe. Your organization connects its own Stripe account and receives the funds; LOXA takes a platform fee on each transaction, disclosed in the product before you enable payments. Stripe's own terms apply to that relationship. LOXA is not a bank, is not an escrow agent, and does not hold your funds.
Your records are yours
You keep ownership of everything you put into LOXA. We hold it to run the service for you. You can export your ledger, payments, and tenant records from the reports section at any time.
How you may use the service
You agree not to:
- Use LOXA for anything unlawful, or to violate the housing, tenancy, or consumer laws that apply to you.
- Upload material you do not have the right to upload.
- Try to access another organization's records, probe or break the service, or work around usage limits.
- Resell access to the service without a written agreement with us.
You remain the landlord
LOXA is software for keeping records. It is not legal, tax, or accounting advice. Lease terms, notices, late fees, deposit handling, and every other decision you make about a resident are yours, and it is your responsibility to make sure they comply with the law where your property is.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and to keep your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may take the service down for maintenance, and we will avoid doing that during month-end where we can.
Limits on liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, LOXA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why. If we close your account, you will have a reasonable period to export your records first.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell account owners by email before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
