  • You need access to the Payment setup and fees workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have legal business and payout information requested by Stripe ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Payment setup and fees.

  2. Open Rent collection settings and select Connect payments

  3. Enter or review legal business and payout information requested by Stripe.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the Stripe onboarding flow opens.
