  • You need access to the Payment setup and fees workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have the remaining Stripe requirements ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Payment setup and fees.

  2. Return to Rent collection settings and select the resume action

  3. Enter or review the remaining Stripe requirements.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that onboarding continues from the outstanding requirement.
