  • You need access to the Payment setup and fees workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have the current Stripe account status ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Payment setup and fees.

  2. Open Rent collection settings and review Charges enabled

  3. Enter or review the current Stripe account status.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that you can tell whether online rent payments can start.
