  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Payment setup and fees.

  2. Open Fees and late fees and select the supported processing-fee policy

  3. Enter or review your organization policy and permitted lease terms.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that future payment displays use the configured responsibility.
