  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Payment setup and fees.

  2. Review Payouts enabled in Rent collection settings

  3. Enter or review the connected account status.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that you can tell whether collected funds can be paid out.
