How do I open a shared tenant document in LOXA?

Before you start

• You need access to the Tenant portal workflow in your LOXA role.
• Have the document made available by the manager ready before you begin.

Step by step

   Sign in to LOXA and open Tenant portal.

   Open Documents and select the shared filename

   Enter or review the document made available by the manager.

   Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

   Verify that the resident document view opens.
