  • You need access to the Tenant portal workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have profile, signatures, payment method, and optional autopay ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Tenant portal.

  2. Open Getting started and complete each unfinished card

  3. Enter or review profile, signatures, payment method, and optional autopay.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that each card shows Done when complete.
