How do I enable tenant autopay in LOXA?

  • Have the saved method and eligible charge settings ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Tenant portal.

  2. Add a payment method, then open Autopay and enable it

  3. Enter or review the saved method and eligible charge settings.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that Autopay status becomes enabled.
