How do I review leases connected to a property in LOXA?

Before you start

  • You need access to the Properties and units workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have tenant, unit, dates, and status ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Properties and units.

  2. Open the property detail page and review its lease section

  3. Enter or review tenant, unit, dates, and status.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that you can open each active or historical lease.
