  • You need access to the Properties and units workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have street, city, state, and ZIP ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Properties and units.

  2. Open the property detail page and update its address fields

  3. Enter or review street, city, state, and ZIP.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that new records and exports use the corrected address.
