How do I change a unit's status in LOXA?

Before you start

• You need access to the Properties and units workflow in your LOXA role.
• Have occupied, vacant, or another available state ready before you begin.

Step by step

   Sign in to LOXA and open Properties and units.

   Open the property unit and choose the current status

3. 3

   Enter or review occupied, vacant, or another available state.

4. 4

   Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

5. 5

   Verify that portfolio views reflect the unit state.
