How do I create a property in LOXA?

Before you start

• You need access to the Properties and units workflow in your LOXA role.
• Have name, property type, owner, street, city, state, and ZIP ready before you begin.

Step by step

   Sign in to LOXA and open Properties and units.

   Open Properties and select Add property

3. 3

   Enter or review name, property type, owner, street, city, state, and ZIP.

   Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

5. 5

   Verify that the property appears in the portfolio list.
