How do I move a property to a different owner in LOXA?

Open the property and select the new legal owner. The property appears under the new owner.

Before you start

  • You need access to the Properties and units workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have the effective owner record and routing review ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Properties and units.

  2. Open the property and select the new legal owner

  3. Enter or review the effective owner record and routing review.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the property appears under the new owner.
