How do I add a unit to a property in LOXA?

Open the property and select Add unit. The unit becomes available when creating a lease.

Before you start

  • You need access to the Properties and units workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have unit name or number, square footage, and status ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Properties and units.

  2. Open the property and select Add unit

  3. Enter or review unit name or number, square footage, and status.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the unit becomes available when creating a lease.
