  • You need access to the Tenants and resident records workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have a valid tenant email ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Tenants and resident records.

  2. Create or edit the tenant with portal invitation enabled

  3. Enter or review a valid tenant email.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the tenant can receive the portal setup message.
