How do I open a tenant ledger in LOXA?

Open the tenant and select View ledger. The running ledger appears in date order.

Before you start

  • You need access to the Tenants and resident records workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have charges, payments, refunds, and balance ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Tenants and resident records.

  2. Open the tenant and select View ledger

  3. Enter or review charges, payments, refunds, and balance.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the running ledger appears in date order.
