  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Tenants and resident records.

  2. Open the tenant record and select the connected lease

  3. Enter or review property, unit, dates, and rent terms.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the full lease record opens.
