  • You need access to the Charges and payments workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have payment amount, method, reference, allocation, and status ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Charges and payments.

  2. Select View on the payment row

  3. Enter or review payment amount, method, reference, allocation, and status.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the payment detail opens without losing the history context.
