Before you start

  • You need access to the Charges and payments workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have the period needed for reconciliation ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Charges and payments.

  2. Set the date range and select Export CSV

  3. Enter or review the period needed for reconciliation.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that a CSV downloads with payment records.
