  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Getting started.

  2. Review the record chain and read the blocker shown on the locked item

  3. Enter or review the required owner, property, unit, tenant, or lease record.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the step unlocks after its dependency is saved.
