Before you start

  • You need access to the Getting started workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have the legal owner for the first property ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Getting started.

  2. Open Set up your portfolio and start with Add an owner

  3. Enter or review the legal owner for the first property.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the next property step unlocks.
