How do I add the first property during setup in LOXA?

Select Add property after the owner step is complete. The property appears in the portfolio and unit setup unlocks.

Before you start

  • You need access to the Getting started workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have property name, type, owner, and address ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Getting started.

  2. Select Add property after the owner step is complete

  3. Enter or review property name, type, owner, and address.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the property appears in the portfolio and unit setup unlocks.
