  • Have tenant, property, unit, dates, rent, due day, and grace period ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Getting started.

  2. Open Create lease after a property unit and tenant exist

  3. Enter or review tenant, property, unit, dates, rent, due day, and grace period.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the lease starts the tenant ledger.
