How do I add the first owner during setup in LOXA?

Select Add owner from the first record-chain step. The owner is available when the first property is created.

Before you start

  • You need access to the Getting started workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have owner legal name, entity type, and contact details ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Getting started.

  2. Select Add owner from the first record-chain step

  3. Enter or review owner legal name, entity type, and contact details.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the owner is available when the first property is created.
