  • You need access to the Common area maintenance workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have property, period name, start date, and end date ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Common area maintenance.

  2. Open CAM and select Create CAM period

  3. Enter or review property, period name, start date, and end date.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that an open CAM pool appears for the property.
