  • You need access to the Plans and billing workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have plan, cycle, status, unit count, and renewal date ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Plans and billing.

  2. Open Billing and review the current subscription card

  3. Enter or review plan, cycle, status, unit count, and renewal date.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the active subscription is visible.
