How do I download a subscription invoice in LOXA?

Open Manage billing and choose the invoice in Stripe. The provider invoice can be downloaded.

Before you start

  • You need access to the Plans and billing workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have the billing period ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Plans and billing.

  2. Open Manage billing and choose the invoice in Stripe

  3. Enter or review the billing period.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the provider invoice can be downloaded.
