How do I update a subscription payment method in LOXA?

  • You need access to the Plans and billing workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have the replacement card or bank method ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Plans and billing.

  2. Open Manage billing and change the method in Stripe

  3. Enter or review the replacement card or bank method.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that Stripe stores the new billing method.
