  • You need access to the Plans and billing workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have an active customer billing profile ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Plans and billing.

  2. Open Billing and select Manage billing

  3. Enter or review an active customer billing profile.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the secure Stripe portal opens.
