How do I stop sharing a document in LOXA?

Open the document and turn off tenant sharing. The portal no longer lists the file.

Before you start

  • You need access to the Documents workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have the document record and reason for access change ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Documents.

  2. Open the document and turn off tenant sharing

  3. Enter or review the document record and reason for access change.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the portal no longer lists the file.
