Before you start

  • You need access to the Documents workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have metadata, sharing, signature, and related record ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Documents.

  2. Select the document row or filename

  3. Enter or review metadata, sharing, signature, and related record.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the document detail page opens.
