How do I share a document with a tenant in LOXA?

Enable Share with tenant on an eligible document. The document appears in the tenant portal.

Before you start

  • You need access to the Documents workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have the file the resident should receive ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Documents.

  2. Enable Share with tenant on an eligible document

  3. Enter or review the file the resident should receive.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the document appears in the tenant portal.
