How do I filter documents by entity type in LOXA?

Choose Tenant, Lease, Property, or another entity type. The registry shows documents attached to that entity type.

Before you start

  • You need access to the Documents workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have the record family you need ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Documents.

  2. Choose Tenant, Lease, Property, or another entity type

  3. Enter or review the record family you need.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the registry shows documents attached to that entity type.
