How do I open rent collection settings in LOXA?

Before you start

  • You need access to the Organization settings workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have Stripe connection and payout information ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Organization settings.

  2. Open Settings, then Rent collection

  3. Enter or review Stripe connection and payout information.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the payment setup status is visible.
