  • Have field order, label, type, requirement, and help text ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Organization settings.

  2. Open Tenant profile settings and add the fields residents should complete

  3. Enter or review field order, label, type, requirement, and help text.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the tenant portal presents the configured profile.
