How do I open custom field settings in LOXA?

Open Settings, then Custom fields. Existing fields are grouped by entity.

Before you start

  • You need access to the Organization settings workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have the record type you want to extend ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Organization settings.

  2. Open Settings, then Custom fields

  3. Enter or review the record type you want to extend.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that existing fields are grouped by entity.
