How do I record a security deposit in LOXA?

Open Payments, choose Deposits, and select Record deposit. The deposit appears as held against that lease.

Before you start

  • You need access to the Security deposits workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have tenant, matching lease, amount, received date, and notes ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Security deposits.

  2. Open Payments, choose Deposits, and select Record deposit

  3. Enter or review tenant, matching lease, amount, received date, and notes.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the deposit appears as held against that lease.
