How do I filter deposits by status in LOXA?

Open Deposits and choose Held, Partially returned, or Returned. Only matching deposits remain in the list.

Before you start

  • You need access to the Security deposits workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have the deposit state ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Security deposits.

  2. Open Deposits and choose Held, Partially returned, or Returned

  3. Enter or review the deposit state.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that only matching deposits remain in the list.
