  • Have tenant contact and policy context ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Insurance.

  2. Open the scheduled reminder and select Send

  3. Enter or review tenant contact and policy context.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the reminder is recorded as sent.
