How do I add a tenant liability policy in LOXA?

Before you start

• You need access to the Insurance workflow in your LOXA role.
• Have tenant, carrier, policy number, coverage, effective date, expiry date, and file ready before you begin.

Step by step

   Sign in to LOXA and open Insurance.

   Open Insurance and select Add insurance

3. 3

   Enter or review tenant, carrier, policy number, coverage, effective date, expiry date, and file.

   Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

   Verify that the policy appears under tenant liability.
