Open the awaiting-confirmation record and select Confirm. The policy status becomes confirmed.

  • You need access to the Insurance workflow in your LOXA role.
  • Have reviewed carrier, limits, and dates ready before you begin.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to LOXA and open Insurance.

  2. Open the awaiting-confirmation record and select Confirm

  3. Enter or review reviewed carrier, limits, and dates.

  4. Review the record and select the available save, confirm, or continue action.

  5. Verify that the policy status becomes confirmed.

What should happen

The policy status becomes confirmed.
